Our strengths to meet your challenges

At MBP, we analyse your needs, develop effective marketing strategies and coordinate production to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Finally, we optimise storage and ensure fast and reliable shipping of your products.

Innovation & creative approach

We secure your supplies using a simple and effective Kanban-based approach, guaranteeing the availability of your products and strengthening your supply chain. Our 70 CNC machines take care of the rest! They operate in two or three shifts and provide a machining capacity of over 18,000 hours per month.

MBP, DDLG and MBP Innovation support you in bringing your products to market as quickly as possible, with a target of 4 weeks for a single machined component and 6 to 8 weeks including processing and finishing operations.

MBP is committed to leveraging innovation and robotisation to strengthen its competitiveness. We aim to produce some of the most competitive technical parts available, while relying on Made in France manufacturing to limit our environmental impact and support local industry.

Our Engineering and Methods teams are tasked with providing technical support to your design teams, working in particular on Design to Cost and eco-design, in order to optimise your projects while respecting environmental issues.

Our aim is to be among our customers' top suppliers. We place great importance on the relationship of trust that we maintain and cultivate on a daily basis, in order to ensure strong and lasting partnerships.

Procurement policy

MBP pays particular attention to selecting local suppliers and seeking low-carbon solutions:

The emergence of new types of low-carbon materials enables us to provide concrete solutions without compromising on quality or performance.

French and European partners: MBP strives to develop a network of partners located in France, particularly in Franche-Comté. Today, 90% of our suppliers are based in France.

At MBP, we have fully integrated climate issues into our purchasing policy. We know that 97% of a product's CO² emissions come from the extraction, production and processing of raw materials (steel, aluminium, stainless steel).

That is why we are gradually shifting our purchasing towards materials with a reduced carbon footprint.

Our goal is to offer our customers low-carbon alternatives for the main grades of steel, aluminium and stainless steel by 2030.

Reducing lubricant consumption

Our lubricant reprocessing policy is based on several key objectives:

Reducing the volume of new lubricants: Reducing the environmental impact associated with the manufacture of new products.

Reducing waste: Minimising the amount of used lubricants ending up in landfill by promoting reuse and recycling practices. Installation of our first micro-station in 1996, then completely renovated and upgraded in 2024.

Technology watch: Actively monitoring, testing and challenging our partners to use high-performance lubricants and adopt best practices: reducing harmful additives and their impact on the environment.

Recover & Recycle

Maximising waste recycling: We minimise the incineration and landfill of our waste thanks to our partnership with Bourgogne Recyclage.

Energy recovery: To reduce our environmental footprint, we recover the heat generated by our machines and compressors. This energy is used to heat our buildings and water in our sanitary facilities, helping to reduce our energy consumption.

Tool regrinding: Like any mechanical engineering company, we regrind our cutting tools in collaboration with SDE Affûtage.

Pallet repair: As a matter of common sense, we repair and reintegrate Euro pallets into our logistics chain, limiting waste for slightly damaged pallets that would otherwise be discarded.

A company on a human scale

MBP is a family-owned, local company, proud of its roots in Franche-Comté. Founded over 30 years ago in Autechaux, just a few minutes from Baume-les-Dames. We firmly believe that our success is closely linked to that of our region, which is why we are committed to working with companies that share our values. As a family business, we place great importance on human values and close relationships with our customers and employees.
